Description

Our glacial clay powder detoxifies, exfoliates, softens and nourishes skin.  Harvested by hand from the remote banks of the Copper River Delta, glacial clay is an exfoliating and detoxifying natural deposit with more than 60 nourishing major and trace elements, including Mg, Cu, Z, S, Ag, Si, Ca, Na, K and Fe. May be used to create custom face and body masks, mud baths or use in soap-making.

HOW TO USE

MUD MASK

For all skin types. Mix in a 1:1 ratio using lotion, serum, honey, yogurt, water, aloe vera, tea, etc. Facial portion size: 1⁄4 oz. Body portion size: 4 oz.

  1. Mix powder with liquid to desired consistency
  2. Apply an even layer with brush to cleansed skin.
  3. Allow 15 minutes to dry.
  4. Rinse with warm water and soft towel or facial sponge.
  5. Follow with moisturizer.

CAUTION: We recommend patch testing. In the unlikely event of a negative reaction, discontinue use, for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.

SOAP-MAKING

Follow your soap recipe instructions and use as clay ingredient.  We recommend between .1-.3 oz clay powder per 4 oz bar.
