All domestic orders ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority and First Class Mail from Cordova, Alaska. USPS is the most economical and reliable shipping method between Alaska and the other US states and territories. For international orders, we use USPS along with Asendia USA. Orders are shipped to a central processing/sorting Asendia USA facility in the United Staes via USPS and delivered by the local postal service provider in your destination country.

From time to time, we offer promotions for free shipping on orders under $75, which are only valid in the United States. Upon request, we will refund the shipping charge by 50% to Canadian residents during these promotions and 20% to international customers upon request.
Most domestic USA orders deliver within 4-7 business days. Outside the United States can take 10-15 business days.
If all products in your order are in stock and ready, we do our best to turnaround fulfillment within 48 hours. Most orders ship the same day. You will receive a notice if an item is backordered and can choose to wait or we will refund your order.
LOST, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your merchandise is lost in transit or shows delivery when the item has not reached you, we will file a claim with USPS. USPS has 48 hours to respond once a claim has been filed. We are not responsible for shipments sent to a forwarding service or a forwarding company. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment. We do not provide refunds for items shown as ‘Delivered’ by USPS.
If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 10 business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned for inspection (within 30 days). Shipments that have been determined to be lost after tracking proves unsuccessful will be replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given.

If items are returned to us due to insufficient address which matches shipping address provided by customer during checkout, there are two options. The first is that we are willing to refund your purchase price minus 20% restocking fee or actual shipping costs on the order, whichever is greater, even where purchases qualify for free shipping. The second is that we are willing to attempt a second delivery with a modified address, but customer must pay second attempt postage fees.
SALES or IMPORT TAXES
Online orders within the United States do not incur any taxes. Local pickup sales in Cordova, Alaska incur a 6% city sales tax. Outside the US, customs duties and VAT or GST may apply. We ship all orders with USPS and we cannot prepay customs/fees/taxes shipping with any of their shipping services.
EU: items may be subject to duties (usually 0% for cosmetics) and entire shipment (items + shipping) may be subject to VAT (usually 20%).
Canada and Australia: items may be subject to GST tax (usually 5% of total order minus shipping). Does not apply to orders values worth CAN$20 or less.

Simply return the merchandise with the original receipt and a note stating your reason for return, and we’ll gladly refund your purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee simply covers our original expenses to fulfill and ship your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items were received damaged or defective and you would like to make an exchange.
